Job summary

Eurazeo Group is offering an internship within the Group Finance Performance team in Paris to support day-to-day FP&A activities and asset management analysis. You will work on portfolio valuation modelling, performance bridges, and cross-functional financial reporting across private equity, private debt, and real assets.

You will gain exposure to AI-enabled finance processes, develop advanced Excel models, and contribute to executive reporting and long-term planning with operating teams.

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in finance with a finance specialization.
• End-of-studies or gap-year internship.
• Interest in AI and data tools applied to finance is a plus.
• Experience in corporate finance, audit or private equity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse AUM and value creation by monitoring portfolio valuations and performance bridges.
• Support FP&A through P&L monitoring, budget prep, forecasts, variance tracking and overhead control.
• Consolidate performance with a cross-functional financial view across PE, private debt and real assets.
• Model strategic trajectory with long-term financial plans alongside operating teams.
• Monitor fees and asset management metrics (FRE, fund profitability).
• Prepare executive financial summaries for the Executive Committee.
• Transform steering tools by optimising models and embedding AI solutions.

Education

Master’s degree in finance

End-of-studies internship or gap-year internship

Experience and/or interest in artificial intelligence and data tools applied to finance

Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, financial modelling)

Ability to write in English and French
