Sekoia is seeking a Finance Operations Accountant to own the full Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will automate workflows, drive cash‑flow reporting, and ensure compliance with electronic invoicing reforms, with opportunities for evolution within the company.

The role supports Paris, Rennes or fully remote placement, with professional travel paid by the company as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s (DSCG or MSc) a strong plus.
• 5 years of hands‑on accounting experience managing end‑to‑end O2C and P2P cycles, invoicing, cash reconciliation and DSO/DPO oversight.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage internal purchase requests, supplier contracts and procurement workflow.
• Process supplier invoices, verify amounts, post to accounting and monitor payments.
• Handle client invoicing, reminders, credit notes and DSO dashboard.
• Follow up on payments, reconcile items and report cashflow/DSO & DPO metrics.
• Lead automation projects for P2P and client billing using AI tools and e‑invoicing.
