Qualifications

• Étudiant(e) en Finance, Économie ou Technologie, avec une forte compréhension de la modélisation financière.
• Fluent en anglais et en français.
• Un intérêt pour la blockchain et les outils associés est un plus.

• Assister dans l'enregistrement et la réconciliation des transactions de revenus en crypto.
• Participer à la préparation des états financiers.
• Créer des rapports internes pour l'analyse de la performance financière.

Internship (6 months) - Full time - Paris 9 - Starting at 1100€/month in June 2025

Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade rewards platform that enables institutional customers to stake assets and integrate staking & DeFi functionality into their offerings. We are looking for a Finance Operations Intern to work closely with our Head of Finance and broader Finance team.

Responsibilities

1) Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Assist in recording and reconciling cryptocurrency revenue transactions

• Participate in the preparation of financial statements

• Help with forecasting & budgeting

2) Systems & Financial Reports

• Utilize financial data to create internal reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance

• Prepare detailed reports for customers regarding their staking activity and reward statements

• Address any customer inquiries related to invoicing and financial data

3) Accounting & Operational Tasks

• Process invoices, including recording and tracking accounts payable and receivable

• Reconcile expenses and support month-end closing activities

• Assist in the customer invoicing process, ensuring compliance with established guidelines

4) Commercial and Product Development

• Contribute to financial negotiations for contracts

• Assist with project work to support sales operations, risk management, and other teams internally

Requirements

Skills & background

• Strong understanding of financial modeling & KPIs/reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)

• Interest in crypto and familiarity with tooling (blockchain explorers, etc.) is a plus

• Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Technology

• Fluent in English and French

• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus
