Job Description:

We are looking for a Finance Operations Configuration Specialist responsible for administering and setting up the SAP Concur Travel & Expenses platform. Based in our HQ in Paris, you'll collaborate with global experts and have opportunities for international growth.

Your key missions

As part of our Finance transformation, you will work on deploying and managing SAP Concur across various affiliates, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our technological assets. Your responsibilities include:

1. Product lifecycle management: Analyzing requirements, configuring parameters, managing tests, and overseeing interface integrations.
2. Incident management: Investigating and resolving integration issues.
3. Product Catalog Management: Managing catalog items based on approvals from relevant stakeholders.

Team and Stakeholders

You will work closely with the Product Owner and collaborate with internal teams such as GES Integration Teams and external partners like SAP Concur Solution editors and travel agencies.

Knowledge and Skills

Proven experience (3-4 years) with SAP Concur, especially in Travel Expenses and Accounts Payable/Receivable processes. Strong technical skills in configuration, API integrations, and familiarity with Power BI. Fluent in English and experienced in working with cross-functional tech teams.
