Une entreprise leader dans le secteur de la construction recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) Financier(ère) pour son équipe à Toulouse. Vous serez le bras droit du Directeur Général, responsable de la planification financière, du reporting et de la conformité réglementaire. Le poste nécessite une expérience confirmée dans la gestion financière, ainsi que des compétences avérées en leadership et en communication. Qualifications

Purpose of the role:

•“Right hand” and backup for the Country MD, ensuring budget delivery and compliance.

•Ensuring the defined Local & Group Finance governance and duties are performed and met.

•Ensure the Opco adheres to local laws and standards (incl. local GAAP) and Leviat Group requirements (FP&A cycle, compliance/ SOX, risk management, …).

•Accountable for correct and timely reporting

•Co-ordinates the support of the local team (KPI’s, customer risk management, cost efficiencies etc..)

Key tasks & responsibilities:

  • Strategic financial leadership - Leads the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the country. And, after development, drives the execution of these plans, together with Country MD.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance – responsible for local Finance, tax & treasury which includes: -Overseeing and preparing of financial statements and other reporting requirements -Compliance with local and international accounting standards, responsible for SOX -Contact point for legal advisors, banks, insurances, fraud prevention -Managing audits incl. documentation and liaising with both internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies -Secure fiscal obligations, calculate profit-sharing and tax, prepare all legal documentation
  • Cost Control & Operational Efficiency – including production cost and margin analysis, identifying and supporting continuous improvement programs, performance of stock/inventory, managing general expenses, coordinating car fleet and service contracts, checking invoices and payments, managing customer risks

    Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

    Investment & Capital Expenditure Oversight – reviewing applications, assessing make v buy. Lead any financial due diligence for M&A processes.

    Team Leadership & Development – build and lead a high-performing finance team. Coach, develop and mentor – whilst ensuring effective succession planning is in place.

    Stakeholder Communication – present insights and plans to senior management. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, HR and IT.

    • Accounting and management practice.
    • Background in industrial or manufacturing sectors
    • Experience in an audit firm would be advantageous
    • Experience in an international operation
    • Transfer pricing experience
    • SOX awareness and business risk management experience
    • Level of education: Chartered Accountant or Financial Controller
    • ERP implementation experience,SAP or another ERP knowledge,would be advantageous
    • Experience:10+ years with 5+ years in a leadership role
    • Positive attitude, open minded and accessible team player.
