We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, from pre-opening preparations to daily cash flow management. This role is responsible for establishing accounting systems, managing budgets, monitoring P&L performance, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and implementing cost control measures. The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial insights to management, collaborate with department heads on budget execution, and liaise with external partners such as banks and auditors. A key focus will be on risk management, internal controls, and maintaining transparent, ethical financial practices.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-opening Preparation

Prepare project budgets and manage allocation of initial funding.

Monitor and report on CapEx and pre-opening expenses.

Establish accounting and financial management systems (including ERP/software setup).

Select and manage external partners such as accounting firms, tax advisors, and banks.

Financial Operations

Manage daily and monthly cash flow.

Analyze revenues, costs, and profitability, and manage the P&L.

Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with local regulations.

Support payroll processing, BPJS contributions, and employee benefit payments.

Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.

Provide regular financial reports to the General Manager and corporate headquarters.

Work with department heads (F&B, Housekeeping, General Affairs, Sales & Marketing) on budget execution.

Prepare financial data and documentation for audits and corporate reviews.

Risk & Compliance Management

Establish internal controls and financial risk management procedures.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting and tax regulations.

Oversee asset, contract, and bank account management.

Maintain transparent and ethical financial practices.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting management experience in hotels, resorts, or large-scale service industries.

Pre-opening project and budgeting experience preferred.

Proficiency in accounting/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

Knowledge of Indonesian accounting and tax regulations is an advantage.

Strong collaboration and communication skills in a multicultural environment.

Proficiency in English (Bahasa Indonesia or Korean is a plus).

Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
