Job Purpose

This role will be an integral member of the team based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for managing operations related to the aftermarket division. The role includes full responsibility for the period-end close process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, especially revenue recognition, and local Saudi regulations. The individual will work closely with the operations team to meet KPIs and operational performance targets.

Job Description

• Partner with project and functional managers regarding project costing, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Support the Senior Finance Manager with monthly reporting, financial analysis, and forecasts.
• Manage revenue, margin, and invoicing forecasts for the aftermarket business monthly.
• Identify operational improvements and lead change initiatives to realize benefits.
• Investigate cost overruns and implement controls to maximize cash flow and performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and participate in audits.
• Prepare monthly forecasts focusing on the aftermarket legal entity.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review quarterly financial statements.
• Review asset utilization and ensure proper asset management.
• Review and control bank payments and invoices.

Candidate Profile

Must have:

• An accounting qualification with solid knowledge of revenue & margin recognition, invoicing, cash flow, and working capital; project accounting experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS and strong Excel skills.
• ERP system knowledge (SAP) is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working independently.
