Job summary

Doctolib seeks an IT Squad Lead for its Finance IT landscape across France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. You’ll manage a 4-person squad, own quarterly roadmaps, and drive architecture decisions for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP integrations.

Expect hands-on architecture oversight, budget ownership, and change leadership across multiple ERP projects. The role combines strategic planning with practical implementation, demanding strong leadership, financial acumen and AI tooling

Qualifications

Proven people leadership: hired, coached and developed a team.
Deep Finance ERP knowledge: end-to-end grasp of P2P, AP, AR, GL, Assets and Expenses, with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Strong delivery track record: led complex ERP/Finance transformation projects on scope, budget and timeline.
Strategic and decisive: translate plans into executable roadmaps and run steering committees.
Technical architecture ownership: lead ERP + integration landscape design and reviews.

Responsibilities

Directly manage 4 people: hire, onboard, coach and develop the team.
Act as a business partner to Finance teams, not a pure IT executor.
Lead multiple projects at once, owning end-to-end delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
Translate strategic IT plans into quarterly roadmaps and resource projects.
Own project and squad budgets, and run steering committees.
