Job summary

Doctolib is seeking an IT Squad Lead for the Core Finance IT function. You will be the primary IT contact for Finance teams, directly managing a 4-person squad and shaping the quarterly roadmap across multiple countries.

You’ll own the Finance IS architecture (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP) and drive tool deployments, change management, and AI-enabled configuration with a strong business-partner mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership: led and developed a team (3+ people).
• Deep Finance ERP knowledge: end-to-end P2P, AP, AR, GL; SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP.
• Strong delivery track record: led ERP/Finance transformations on scope, budget and timeline.
• Strategic and decisive: translate strategy into executable quarterly roadmaps.
• Technical architecture ownership: run architecture reviews; identify single points of failure.
• Practical AI fluency: apply AI tools to config, testing, docs and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a 4-person squad; hire, onboard and coach.
• Own quarterly roadmap and budget; manage projects end-to-end.
• Own the technical architecture of the Finance IS landscape (SAP stack).
• Drive process transformation, ERP configuration, integrations, and tooling; ensure user adoption.
