Your Contribution

As a Finance & HR Specialist you’ll be the backbone of ITONICS France’s operations, keeping our finances precise, our HR processes smooth, and our people engaged. You’ll ensure compliance, manage budgets, and create a positive, high-performing workplace culture. From numbers to people, you’ll bring structure, insight, and energy to everything you do.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks
  • Manage local expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and keep budgets on track
  • Oversee invoice processing, payments, and receivables in full compliance with French regulations
  • Coordinate with payroll, accounting, and external tax offices to ensure accurate data flow
  • Foster a positive work environment, handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and champion engagement initiatives
  • Support recruitment, interviews, and hiring for ITONICS France
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees
  • Develop and maintain local HR policies, ensuring legal and internal compliance
  • Maintain employee records, process payroll, and manage our HRIS (Personio)
  • Provide strategic insights using financial and HR data to anticipate needs and guide decisions
  • Organize team-building, wellness, and recognition programs to keep morale high
Your Skills & Qualifications
  • Solid background in finance and HR administration, ideally in a similar dual-role capacity
  • Deep knowledge of French labor laws, payroll processes, and compliance requirements
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
  • Proactive communicator who can engage with all levels of the organization
  • Strategic thinker who understands the big picture and adapts quickly to change
  • Empathy-driven approach to employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools (e.g., Personio) and MS Office; comfort with data-driven decision-making
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
