A leading company in electronics is looking for a professional skilled in financial management and human resources. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in credit management, financial reporting, and compliance with local tax requirements. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor in Economics or related fields and at least two years of relevant experience.

  • Completed training in financial accounting, taxation, and/or human resources.

  • Very good command of the English language; German is an advantage.

Job Description:

Your role:

  • To organise credit management and accounts payable for the local division
  • To prepare a monthly financial report for the parent company in Germany and to be involved in the annual financial statements for the local entities
  • To be the first point of contact for local service providers such as Auditors, Tax and HR Specialists
  • To work as part of the central corporate tax organisation and be responsible for compliance with national tax requirements and required tax reporting, VAT and Intrastat reporting
  • Responsible for human resources, payroll and time management of local staff in coordination with the central HR department
  • The successful candidate will have completed relevant training in financial accounting, taxation and/or human resources (e.g. Bachelor of Economics; Tax Specialist; Financial Accountant, etc…)
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience in an internationally operating corporate group or a tax consultancy
  • The ability to work independently and demonstrably achieve first-class results
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with AS400/SAP migration with perfect knowledge in office pack; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good command of the English language; knowledge of German is an advantage
