Job summary

Médecins Sans Frontières is seeking Finance and HR Coordinators (W/M) for country coordination offices. The role covers finance strategy, internal controls and HR policy implementation in humanitarian missions. Multicultural collaboration and adherence to MSF values are essential.

Fixed-term contract for 12 months, full-time. Fluency in English and accounting knowledge required; additional languages such as French or Arabic are assets.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of professional experience as a Finance and HR Coordinator in an international emergency humanitarian NGO.
• Fluent in English (minimum B1 level).
• Knowledge of general accounting.
• Excellent expertise in Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and demonstrate commitment to diversity and non-discrimination.
• Additional languages such as French (C1) or Arabic are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Finance: Define, coordinate and monitor finance strategies, policies and internal control.
• HR: Define, adapt, plan and supervise HR policies in the Mission.
• Support MSF as a responsible employer and manage administrative and legal issues in the Mission.
