Job summary

Mistral.ai seeks a Data Quality Analyst to join the Human Data Annotation team within the Science organization. This hybrid role focuses on reviewing finance annotations for quality and efficiency and, as needed, building and maintaining annotation tooling and workflows.

The role collaborates with annotators, program managers, and science stakeholders to refine guidelines and processes that shape data production for AI models.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Finance.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Financial domain.
• Excellent analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in English with strong writing and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and audit finance annotations against rubrics to ensure high-quality data.
• Generate and validate finance-oriented data annotations when needed.
• Build and maintain internal tools and automation for annotation workflows.
