You will work on end-to-end projects, learn to automate dashboards with Excel, create Power BI visuals, and collaborate with senior managers across the finance function.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance / Data Analytics or equivalent
• Experience with data analytics in finance or internships
• Interest in digital transformation of financial processes and data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsabilités

• Gain experience on end-to-end projects and live finance activities.
• Produce and monitor financial and non-financial reports to support business performance.
• Support leaders in building strategic scenarios, business plans, and investment cases.
• Participate in the periodic closing process.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and recurring dashboards in Excel (advanced formulas; macros/VBA a plus).

Your key responsibilities

You’ll gain experience working on end-to-end projects and performing “live” finance activities based on the needs and requirements of the Business. Being caring, courageous and collaborative, you’ll bring ideas to propel our thinking and drive to set our pace.

Below examples of responsibilities :

• Help to provide accurate, relevant, timely financial & non-financial analyses and figures (latest estimates, budget, actuals) to the Business – commercial - on monthly basis.

• Produce and monitor financial reports (monthly, quarterly) to support business performance. Present and communicate financial to the commercial community

• Support business leaders in building strategic scenarios, business plan simulation and business cases for investment.

• Participate in the periodic closing process

• Develop key ad hoc or recurring analysis that will help commercial managers to take right decisions.

• Work on Reporting with clear deliverable (Automate dashboards in Excel (advanced formulas required, macros and VBA is a plus).

• Develop visualization tools using Power BI to improve data readability.

• Extract and analyze data from ERP systems

• Induction and Individual mentoring program

You’ll have the capacity to build your professional network and participate in training sessions, team-building activities. You’ll interact with senior management, business leaders, and our global finance organization. You’ll also tour our facilities and gain insight into neighbouring departments, such as marketing, R&D and Manufacturing. At the end of our program, you will be a young professional with:

• Solid experience in both finance and project management

• Strong expertise and insights in one of the leading worldwide industries

• Agility and team-oriented mindset

You bring

• Master’s degree in Finance / Data Analytics

• A first experience through internships, business specific preferably, international internships, or studies abroad

• An interest in digital transformation of financial processes and data.

• A curious, enthusiastic mindset with very good communication skills

• A Cooperative, participative, autonomous and self-starting working style

• You possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• Relevant technology skills (e.g. MS-Office, BI systems, Powerpoint, Excel, VBA, Pyhton are a +)

• A strong command of English, both written and spoken as it is our working language.
