The Finance role is crucial in overseeing general financial management, responsible for daily financial activities, compliance, analysis, and reporting. It includes managing financial resources, regulatory adherence, taxation, insurance, credit control, budgeting, and forecasting. The role involves analyzing financial indicators to forecast cash flows, providing investment recommendations, and advising management on financial matters. It also entails presenting findings to executives, preparing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring accurate tax submissions, and managing relationships with consultants and advisors.
Furthermore, the Finance role extends to Financial Planning & Analysis, focusing on short and long-term financial planning, internal analysis, and evaluating external economic conditions.
