Mercy Corps Ethiopia Finance Department seeks an Accounting and Reporting Coordinator to oversee daily Compliance monitoring, Financial Accounting, Budgeting, MIS supervision, Payroll and monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

The role requires at least five years in a nonprofit setting, a degree in business administration, accounting or finance, strong Excel skills, experience with general ledger software, and the ability to lead a team and interact with international staff.

Qualifications

• Five years+ progressive experience in nonprofit organizations.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with MS Word, Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Oversee compliance monitoring and field office audits.
• Manage financial accounting, budgeting and MIS reporting.
• Supervise payroll processing and ensure timely financial reporting.
