Jobtailor in Île-de-France is seeking a senior Finance Controller to lead budgeting, reporting, and consolidation across multiple entities. The role focuses on ensuring accurate P&L and balance sheet analysis while driving process improvements.

You will manage a team of financial controllers, partner with operations, and strengthen internal controls to optimize profitability and financial communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' experience in management control and/or audit, including team management
• Accounting knowledge
• Experience managing teams
• Education: higher degree (Master's level, Bac+5 minimum)

Responsabilités

• Financial management and reporting
• Organizes, coordinates and supervises the budgeting process and monthly / semi-annual / annual reporting for the entities under their responsibility
• Oversees, together with their team, the consolidation of Income Statements (P&L) and other required information for their operational scope
• Ensures analysis of balance sheet items and derives the implications for risk monitoring and P&L impacts
• Verifies the accuracy and clarity of financial communication
• Ensures that figures are reconciled with the group\'s shared-service general ledger
• Acts as a true business partner: contributes to assessing client portfolio profitability and to the financial structuring of commercial offers
• Contributes to the optimization of financial procedures and the strengthening of internal control
• Supervises and leads a team of financial controllers
