Description du poste

The mission involves improving Finance and Commercial processes, ensuring reliability and punctuality in Margin Database (PMDB) submissions within the Tubes Beauty Care Business unit.

The Finance Business Analyst will support the development and implementation of a Global Margin database (PMDB) across all sites. Post-implementation, they will maintain and enhance the database within a culture of continuous improvement.

This role provides opportunities to work closely on-site to understand site financials and operational processes. The analyst will also engage in strategic project management, supporting team activities and follow-up on actions.

As part of the Beauty Care FP&A team and a key business partner to operational teams, the analyst will improve the coordination and review of financial statements and KPIs across various sites, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information communicated to management (Actuals, Forecasts, Budget, and variances).

Scope

  • Commercial Excellence: Support the development and maintenance of the Global Margin database (PMDB) in a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Finance: Enhance the coordination and review of financial data and KPIs across sites to ensure accurate communication to management.

Main activities

PMDB: Lead processes with sites, ensure process reliability and harmonization, improve leakage allocation, and simplify data collection.

  • Manage Margin Database rollout in the USA and Mexico.
  • Perform gap analysis of site capabilities versus Margin Tool guidelines.
  • Follow up on actions and clarify guidelines when needed.
  • Identify misalignments in financial reporting and suggest solutions.

Site Finance Controller support: Assist controllers in cost allocation, propose reporting solutions, and promote best practices.

Process structuration: Maintain a quarterly update of the Margin Database, ensure data integrity, and ensure methodology consistency across sites.

Manage Year-End Rebate (YER): ensure proper evaluation, reliable accrual, and audit control of rebates, including aged balances and contractual penalties.

FP&A:

  • Collaborate with the Beauty Care CFO on on-site finance projects and support plant controllers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports such as EBITDA variance analysis, Margin Analysis, Working Capital, and Cash-Flow analysis.
  • Review forecast consistency for EBITDA and Cash-Flow.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from Business & Management or Engineering Schools with finance knowledge.
  • Interest in numbers, finance, and value analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel and SAP.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-visibility deliverables.
  • Strong analytical skills linking financial results to operational drivers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across organizational levels.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing circumstances.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and improve processes within operations and finance.
