Job summary

Intact Insurance Europe in Paris is seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance, forecasting and strategic partnering for the regional business.

You will lead budgeting, provide management reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and support project initiatives across the region, partnering with leaders to deliver value and continuous improvement. Fluent in English and French is required for this role.

Qualifications

• May be qualified finance professional or have equivalent operations experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions which deliver demonstrative benefits.
• English and French speaker requirement.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
• The ability to motivate others as well as influencing audiences outside of his/her direct control.
• Strong skills in relationship and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to deliver operational activities to a consistent high standard and optimum value add.
