Tech Soft 3D is seeking a Financial Data Analyst in Lyon to lead automation and optimisation of reconciliation and reporting processes, with a focus on US Health Benefits and NetSuite workflows. You will collaborate with HR, Accounting, and FP&A to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions in a hybrid environment.

The role requires a finance background, advanced Excel, NetSuite experience, and strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial data analysis, including at least 1 year directly relevant to this role (finance automation, reconciliation, NetSuite, or financial reporting).
• Strong Excel skills — advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query — and experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude.

Responsabilités

• US Health Benefit reconciliation automation: Design, build, and maintain automated reconciliation processes for US Health Benefits at both the employee and health carrier level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Finance & accounting reconciliation automation: Identify manual reconciliation activities across finance and accounting workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk of error.
• Financial reporting & variance analysis: Support the update of the monthly financial reporting package and perform analysis of main variances.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with HR, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data quality, and continuously improve financial processes.
• Documentation & controls: Document automated processes, maintain reconciliation logs, and support internal control and audit requirements.
