A leading zero-emission company in Paris is seeking a seasoned financial operations manager to oversee finance accounting, taxation, and budget management. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the automobile industry, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Chinese, French, and English. This role is crucial in driving financial advisory and compliance to support the company's growth and mission for a sustainable future.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in big4 or in-house corporate tax/accounting in automobile industry.
  • Evidence of hands-on tax compliance responsibilities.

Responsabilités

  • Oversee financial operations including finance accounting, taxation, cashflow, budgeting and internal control.
  • Drive month-end/year-end closings and prepare financial auditing and reporting.
  • Lead tax strategy and tax management with compliance process updates.
  • Deploy financial and tax software systems to automate routine tasks.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Design and deliver financial and tax training internally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial operations in a fast-growing company, including finance accounting, taxation, cashflow, budgeting and internal control aspects.
  • Drive month-end/year-end closings, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual planning, financial auditing and reporting, and provide financial advisory to leadership.
  • Lead tax strategy and tax management with professional skills, execute timely filing, deadline tracking and compliance updates. Implement best-practice compliance process and proactively update procedures when regulation changes.
  • Lead deployment of financial and tax software systems to automate routine tasks and elevate finance service quality.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, internal finance teams and external partners, to support company growth, business operations and department performance for areas of responsibility.
  • Design and deliver financial and tax training internally to empower the finance and commercial teams.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in big4(or equivalent) or in-house corporate tax/accounting in automobile industry.
  • DEC preferred, DSCG-qualified with evidence of hands-on tax compliance responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced and detail-driven environment.
  • Native in Chinese. Proficient in French and English.
