The opportunity :

You will join the Software Club's Finance team, working directly with the CEO and CFO to oversee financial performance and efficiency. You will also participate in strategic financial and corporate development projects.

Your responsibilities :

  1. Management of financial operations:
  • Manage financial monitoring tools and reporting
  • Oversee accounting processes, including working closely with external accountants in the Philippines for annual account closing
  • Manage payments, salaries, bank accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  1. Financial planning and analysis:
  • Lead financial monitoring activities such as annual forecasts, strategic budget allocations, and cost/performance analytics, collaborating with other managers
  • Implement financial processes across departments and international offices (France, Egypt, Philippines, Vietnam)
  1. Build analytics, controlling, and performance management systems:
  • Establish KPI setups and performance monitoring frameworks
  • Conduct financial data analysis, cost control, and performance evaluation
  1. Support strategic initiatives:
  • Manage grants, subsidies, investments, and funding opportunities
  • Oversee capital allocation strategies, including loans with BNPP BPI
  • Coordinate grant and subsidy applications with relevant institutions
  • Assist in preparing investment-related events and engage with investors
  • Lead the Credit Important Recherche (CIR) process with leadership
