Position : Finance Analyst Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support our global operations.

This role involves conducting research on international tax and compliance matters, assisting with legal entity setup, coordinating cross-functional projects, and providing backup for core finance tasks.

Ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach, this fully remote position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing, impact-driven company.

Main Role (Primary Responsibilities) Research & Analysis Conduct online research on company laws, reporting obligations, tax frameworks, and banking requirements in various countries.

Prepare clear summaries and comparison tables to aid management decisions.

Stay informed on changes in global tax trends and regulatory shifts affecting the Group.

Provide recommendation to support overall tax optimisation.

Legal Entity Setup & Corporate Structuring Assist in setting up new companies across countries, including registration, banking setup, and compliance tracking.

Support review and comparison of jurisdiction options for location, tax optimisation, and operational needs.

Liaise with internal teams, tax, and secretarial service providers to implement structuring plans.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination Conduct performance analysis and provide progress updates on new projects / entities Coordinate timelines and deliverables across legal, finance, and operations teams.

Support cost allocation from projects / new entities incl.

licensing, statutory filings, and document renewals.

Support Role (Secondary Responsibilities) Operational Finance Support Support review and implementation of finance processes Assist with expense verification and transactional support for AP / AR functions.

Assist with accounting matters to function as a backup for other team members Qualifications and Requirements : Minimum : Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance related field.

Strong commercial research, documentation, and coordination skills.

A minimum regional experience of 4 years in Finance or tax-related operational roles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools Exposure to AI research and reporting or tax systems is a plus PC Requirements : As this position is 100% remote, you will be required to provide your own PC / laptop. Our mandatory PC specifications must be adhered to for your application to be fully processed.

  • Stable internet connection (at least 20mbps for download speed & 5mbps upload, with a ping of not higher than 50ms) Mobile data and power backup is a must.
