Une entreprise innovante en santé animale recherche un technicien d'élevage pour soutenir l'équipe Produits. Vous serez responsable de la coordination des essais sur le terrain, de la collecte de données et de l'implémentation de solutions basées sur les phages. Une expérience en élevage et un permis de conduire sont requis. Cette mission nécessite des déplacements fréquents dans l'Ouest de la France. Qualifications

  • Permis de conduire obligatoire.
  • Expérience en tant que technicien d'élevage ou dans un rôle similaire.
  • Confortable avec le travail sur le terrain et l'échantillonnage animal.

Responsabilités

  • Planifier et coordonner des essais sur le terrain.
  • Effectuer des échantillonnages et collecter des données sur site.
  • Agir en tant que liaison clé entre les agriculteurs et les équipes Produits/R&D.

Overview

Descriptif du poste You will support the Product team and play a key role in the company’s success. Under the supervision of Manon, our Head of Product and in close collaboration with the other Field Technicians (Aude & Laure), you will carry out innovative projects, implementing phage therapy in different types of farms and contributing to the expansion of Phagos’ applications and research expertise. Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate field trials with the R&D team, veterinarians, and farmers.
  • Perform on-site sampling and data collection, contribute to data analysis, and report results to stakeholders.
  • Implement phage-based solutions on farms and manage the equipment and resources required for trials.
  • Monitor protocol compliance, address deviations or issues, and ensure regular follow-up to improve solutions with R&D and Product teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between farmers and the Product/R&D teams at headquarters (Suresnes, France), providing updates and training when necessary.

Profil recherché
  • Mandatory driving licence
  • Experience as a livestock technician or in a similar role (entry-level candidates welcome).
  • Familiar with field trials and/or direct work with livestock (poultry, swine, cattle). Comfortable with animal sampling (including necropsies).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across farms in Western France.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with farmers, veterinarians, and other agricultural stakeholders.
  • Autonomous, organized, and adaptable to unexpected situations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams, both live and asynchronously (Slack, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • English level: B2 (international team, English as the working language).
