As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting a strategic account and delivering Dalet technical expertise to their administrators.

What you'll be doing

• Install, maintain, and optimize products and configurations at customers' sites
• Diagnose and resolve product performance problems
• Perform maintenance and fixing
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance
• Proactively respond to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruptions of customers' business
• Train other field engineers and customers in the solutions

What you'll need to be successful

• Experience in a similar position or experience as an end user
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving
• Proven IT skills in Windows networking and SQL database
• Broadcast knowledge
• Experience with Dalet Solutions is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Self-starter who is excited about technology
• BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
