Ce rôle nécessite au moins 5 ans d'expérience en mécanique, la capacité de travailler avec des dessins techniques et une orientation client. Des déplacements fréquents sur site sont à prévoir.

• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle avec des machines spécialisées dans l'industrie pharmaceutique.
• Maitrise des assemblages de composants mécaniques.
• Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes.

Responsabilités

• Assurer le support de production sur site pour l'équipement pharmaceutique.
• Former les clients sur l'équipement.
• Analyser la production client pour optimiser l'efficacité.

Why we want you on our team - Your strengths

• At least 5 years of professional experience with special machinery of a Pharma company: assembly of mechanical components and commissioning of pharma or similar machinery.
• Mechanical degree
• Ability to work with technical drawings and read them
• You like to solve problems
• You are customer oriented and will put the customer needs first
• Fluent in French and a basic knowledge of English or German

Key responsibilities - What we expect from you

• Provide on-site production support for pharmaceutical equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
• Perform customer training on the equipment.
• Analyse customer production to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness, proposing solutions for increased productivity.
• Conduct move-in, installation, and commissioning of aseptic filling and packaging machinery in clean room environments.
• Perform machinery modifications for repairs or upgrades based on engineering advancements.
• Determine maintenance schedules, spare parts replacements, and calibration schedules for machinery and components.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Germany for troubleshooting, information sharing, and problem-solving, while spending 90% of time on-site with clients.
