• This position is home office based in the Niort region but requires working at customer sites across Western Europe most of the time

Position Description:

• After extensive training, independently support customers in countries covered by Nikon SLM Solutions France (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, French-speaking Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia) and occasionally in other countries
• Install Nikon SLM machines on-site and be responsible for their maintenance and service
• Analyze problems and develop solutions in collaboration with customer service
• Document maintenance results thoroughly
• Conduct customer training within your area of responsibility

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Completed training in industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or a Bachelor's degree in engineering, combined with relevant work experience
• Strong affinity for modern technology and good IT skills, especially in MS Office
• Excellent command of spoken and written French and good command of English
• High quality awareness, initiative, independent working style, and willingness to travel 100% of the time
