Field Service Technician - France

Welcome to your new role, as our next Field Service Technician!

We are open to candidates from any locations in France.

You will have a wide array of responsibilities, such as:

• Perform all onsite commissioning, repair, maintenance and test tasks as well as upgrades or rework activities.
• Deliver support and contribute service solutions for our customers, remotely and onsite.
• Follow operational procedures, processes and practices as defined; participate in updating documentation and work instructions.
• Follow the applicable health and safety instructions and regulations.

Your profile:

• Educated as an electrical technician or engineer. (You must understand ACDC, low/medium voltage etc. You should know your fair share of electrical wiring.)
• Fluency in French and English; Chinese is a plus.
• Readiness to work on call.
• Driving license (Company car).
• Experience with photovoltaic (PV) or batteries is a plus.
• Experience in dealing with customers in critical situations.
