Join our dynamic team at TOMRA Food as a Field Service Engineer where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge food sorting systems. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the challenge of providing top-notch customer service encompassing commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimisation, maintenance, training, and repair activities primarily in France.
Reporting directly to our French Team Leader, you'll be an integral part of our field service team. Based ideally in the Rhone region, you'll be responsible for promptly responding to equipment and customer issues both onsite and remotely. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering detailed field reports following each installation or technical intervention while also conducting training sessions for our customers' maintenance and service staff.
This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on work and independent problem-solving, making it an ideal fit for a passionate engineering enthusiast. With approximately 75% domestic travel across France and 25% to neighboring countries, you'll have the opportunity to explore new territories while advancing our organisational goals.
