ABB Suisse AG recherche un Technicien de Service sur le terrain pour intervenir sur des installations électriques de moyenne et basse tension à travers la France. Le candidat idéal possède un Bac +2 en génie électrique avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience, et doit avoir de solides compétences relationnelles et en anglais technique. Une grande autonomie et une approche proactive auprès des clients sont attendues pour recommander des services additionnels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que technicien sur équipements MV/LV.
• Capacité à superviser des travaux avec ou sans sous-traitants.
• Compétences en dépannage et en maintenance technique.

Responsabilités

• Assurer l'installation, la maintenance préventive et corrective des produits MV et LV.
• Agir en tant que référence technique pour les équipements de distribution électrique.
• Fournir des services d'expertise technique et former les clients.

Field Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As a Field Technician, you are responsible for on-site interventions across France, particularly for the product range of medium and low voltage electrical distribution (commissioning, maintenance, technical expertise, repair, extension, and replacement). You also coordinate subcontractors during on-site installations.Your main activities What does this mean in detail?Installation and maintenance: You carry out the installation, commissioning, and preventive and corrective maintenance of MV and LV products according to factory recommendations and in accordance with customer contract requirements.Work supervisor: You act as a work supervisor with or without the support of subcontractors, respecting current procedures and safety rules (risk analysis, prevention plan, work authorization, use of PPE, Take5).Technical reference: You are the technical reference for the medium and low voltage electrical distribution offer (MV/LV panels, MV/LV circuit breakers and contactors, digital protection relays), particularly in the context of telephone troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and/or extension of older generation equipment.Technical expertise: You provide technical expertise services in the form of training, written reports, telephone support, and/or on-site intervention (potentially on call).Proactive: You are proactive with the end customer to recommend additional service offerings during your interventions (spare parts, periodic maintenance contract, replacement of obsolete equipment, product training).

Qualifications for the role

• Education: Bac +2 in Electrical Engineering/Electrotechnics or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Field Technician on MV/LV equipment.
• Skills: Customer relations, with a good level of technical English.
