Your opportunity: Travelling technician working on the Packing range of the Sidel group. Installation and commissioning of equipment according to the estimated cost and deadline. Implementation of the services sold: tools, maintenance, retrofit, etc. Training of the customer's staff. Contribution to the implementation of the corrective action plan. Communication to the project team on changes to the punch-list. Client advice on services.

Your Mission

• Set up and assemble the machines in accordance with the cost and deadline forecasts.
• Ensure that the machines are tested and put into production.
• Organize and conduct technical meetings relating to the progress of commissioning.
• Obtain the customer's acceptance report.
• Make the necessary adaptations/revisions, modify and install tooling and retrofits.
• Ensure that the machine is performing well after the work has been carried out by taking production measures.
• Contribute to the implementation of the corrective action plan. Communicate punch-list changes to the project team.
• Provide initial support to the customer on site or by telephone.
• Direct the customer towards services, parts and/or training.
• Present Sidel products to customers and promote the company's image.
• Ensure, through personal involvement, an increase in skills in the range of Sidel products and technologies.
• Ensure the administrative organization of customer assignments.
• Mobilize the resources needed to carry out the mission in a relevant manner.

Your Profile

• Technical background in Mechanics, Automation, or Electrical.
• Field experience is a strong plus.
• Availability to travel at least 180-200 days per year.
