POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to manage and execute service maintenance and repair interventions for our Group materials at customer sites. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work independently while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to safety and quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation & Planning
- Gather necessary documentation, technical files, and parts for upcoming interventions.
- Actively participate in preparatory meetings to align with the intervention team and ensure all aspects are covered.
- Develop detailed intervention schedules to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion.
Equipment Commissioning & Testing
- Commission equipment according to established procedures, ensuring proper functionality.
- Perform electrical, mechanical (including isolation tests), and functional tests (e.g., alarms, failovers).
- Conduct electrical measurements and document results in site test sheets, validating designs and specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform routine maintenance as part of ongoing service contracts, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Train and support customer technicians in maintaining their equipment.
- Troubleshoot and validate fault diagnoses made by technical support, ensuring effective resolution and mending.
- Refer complex troubleshooting issues to appropriate technical support teams when necessary.
Mission Reporting & Stock Management
- Compile and present detailed intervention reports for approval by your supervisor.
- Maintain accurate stock levels of spare parts and ensure inventory is managed efficiently both on-site and at the customer location.
- Debrief using Oracle to update all mission details, ensuring clear communication across departments.
Sales Support & Technical Recommendations
- Identify opportunities for additional service or product needs and relay to sales teams.
- Provide technical recommendations and support to customers, enhancing their operational efficiency.
- Contribute to the Commercial Information Transfer (TIC) process, helping identify and address customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrotechnical Engineering or Maintenance, with at least 2 years of experience in the field.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Certifications
- Electrical authorization, Type B2.
- Battery empowerment, Type B2T.
Language Skills
- Adequate proficiency in English required for technical communication and reporting.
