Your Role

Provide installation and commissioning services for customers.

1. To provide installation and commissioning service to customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
2. To provide compressor operation training to customers after commissioning on-site.

Provide maintenance and repair services to customers.

1. To perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor/expander.
2. To repair and maintain equipment and deal with service cases on site.
3. To contact customers to identify difficult problems and provide total solutions.
4. To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
5. To provide reports to Service Supervisors summarizing technical issues, customer concerns, and potential requirements for aftermarket products.
6. Remote support to customers.

Coordination with sales and technical teams

• To interact with the sales team to provide efficient after-sales service to customers.
• To maintain relationships with the technical team to give feedback about product quality issues on site.
• To identify business opportunities during work.
• Other assigned tasks.

To succeed, you will need

• College degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 1 year of experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Willing to travel.
