We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator with a main responsibility in managing and coordinating the maintenance operations of our Field Service department.
The preferred location for this position is in Marseille, France.
As a Field Service Coordinator, your work will focus on managing international service projects related to maintenance, repair, and upgrades of customer assets. You will plan the activities, schedule the resources – human and materials, coordinate the work execution and establish the invoice of the performed activity.
In this position, you are monitoring the project and you are in charge to make sure that Safety, Quality and Environmental processes and rules are applied. You are responsible for the margin of your projects.
You are the main point of contact for our customer, and as such you are piloting the communication internally and externally. You are establishing a financial, technical and logistical balance sheet of the project, to enhance and share internally our return of experience.
