About the position

Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor residential and professional applications. We are on a growth journey now looking for a Field Sales Representative for supporting our Workshop Equipment subsegment.

WAECO Germany WSE GmbH is a subsegment of the Dometic Group AB from Sweden. WAECO is an established premium brand in the automotive segment with a strong brand DNA and is regarded as a technical and qualitative trendsetter and benchmark for the global A/C service and maintenance industry. WAECO has been a recognized market leader in this field for over 50 years and works closely with workshop customers and the automotive industry.

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for further developing WAECO's profitable growth and driving sales with repeat business to existing and new customers in France and Belgium.

We expect you to work independently and proactively. You should also identify and develop new sales opportunities for profitable business in the assigned region.

Your main responsibilities

  • Building, developing, and maintaining relationships with our existing and potential new customers within the market, which can be wholesaler dealers or other automotive customers.
  • Developing the sales activities and the sales revenues in the area in line with the regional and overall strategy/pricing.
  • Processing of quotations.
  • Compiling reports according to instructions (sales quotations, backlogs, customer statistics).
  • Preparation of price agreements and price negotiations.
  • Sales data analysis and forecast planning.
  • Close coordination and project leadership in customer projects with other internal functions such as PM, purchase, quality, OTC, finance, etc.
  • Negotiate acceptable warranty costs with customers.
  • Preparation of company and product presentations for customers.
  • Participation at relevant exhibitions.
