Position : Field Sales Representative (commission)

Job Description :

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, division of the Arrow Electronics Group (present in 58 countries, with a revenue of over $29 billion), provides IT professionals (service companies, publishers, and integrators) with comprehensive technological solutions, along with training and services, across five main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software, and Cloud solutions. As part of its growth, ARROW ECS France is strengthening its teams and is looking for a:

Field Sales Representative (commission) - PACA

This position is based remotely, reporting to our headquarters in Courbevoie (92), covering the entire Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned accounts, focusing on:
  • A list of named accounts
  • Maintaining margin through percentage control
  • Developing Cloud and Services sectors
  1. Represent ARROW ECS to clients and in the territory, assisting clients in resolving disputes
  2. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
  3. Report to the Regional Sales Director
  4. Collaborate daily with inside sales teams (Brand or Coverage)
  5. Work with Customer Service for claims management
  6. Coordinate with Finance regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts
  7. Promote the group's offers and services
  8. Negotiate development contracts, including year-end discounts (CBP)
  9. Ensure conditions negotiated upfront and back-end margins are respected
  10. Manage overdue payments and collections
  11. Validate exclusions (low-margin quotes)
  12. Monitor year-end rebates and back-end margins
  13. Coordinate brand development actions
  14. Establish dashboards for quoting and consolidated billing (monthly or quarterly reporting)
  15. Relay marketing operations
  16. Foster synergy among different brands in the portfolio (cross/up-selling)
  17. Provide weekly activity reports to showcase work done
  18. Regularly update pipeline processes and communicate with brand organizations
  19. Maintain an updated calendar
  20. Follow results through consolidated reports on billing, backlog, quoting portfolio, and analyze Must-Win Deals to achieve objectives

Skills

  • Mastery of manufacturer/ publisher processes and partner programs
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturer/publisher offers, strategies, and market positioning
  • Participation in internal and external sales training

Professional Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • BAC +5 level education
  • Fluent in English

  • Recognized for organization, autonomy, and team spirit
  • Strong sales personality, enjoys managing clients and prospecting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
