Field Sales Representative (commission) - PACA
This position is based remotely, reporting to our headquarters in Courbevoie (92), covering the entire Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned accounts, focusing on:
- A list of named accounts
- Maintaining margin through percentage control
- Developing Cloud and Services sectors
- Represent ARROW ECS to clients and in the territory, assisting clients in resolving disputes
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
- Report to the Regional Sales Director
- Collaborate daily with inside sales teams (Brand or Coverage)
- Work with Customer Service for claims management
- Coordinate with Finance regarding outstanding payments and overdue accounts
- Promote the group's offers and services
- Negotiate development contracts, including year-end discounts (CBP)
- Ensure conditions negotiated upfront and back-end margins are respected
- Manage overdue payments and collections
- Validate exclusions (low-margin quotes)
- Monitor year-end rebates and back-end margins
- Coordinate brand development actions
- Establish dashboards for quoting and consolidated billing (monthly or quarterly reporting)
- Relay marketing operations
- Foster synergy among different brands in the portfolio (cross/up-selling)
- Provide weekly activity reports to showcase work done
- Regularly update pipeline processes and communicate with brand organizations
- Maintain an updated calendar
- Follow results through consolidated reports on billing, backlog, quoting portfolio, and analyze Must-Win Deals to achieve objectives
Skills
- Mastery of manufacturer/ publisher processes and partner programs
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturer/publisher offers, strategies, and market positioning
- Participation in internal and external sales training
Professional Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- BAC +5 level education
- Fluent in English
