Position : Field Sales Representative (commission)

Field Sales Representative (commission) - PACA
Position based remotely, reporting to our headquarters in Courbevoie (92), covering the entire Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure sales with assigned clients to meet and exceed targets within defined metrics:
- Manage a list of named accounts
- Maintain margin control via percentage monitoring
- Develop Cloud and Services axes
- Represent ARROW ECS to clients and in the territory, assisting clients in resolving disputes
- Maintain and enhance client satisfaction
- Report to the Regional Sales Director
- Collaborate daily with inside sales teams (Brand or Coverage)
- Work with Customer Service on claims management
- Coordinate with Finance on outstanding payments and overdue accounts
- Promote the group's offers and services
- Negotiate Development Contracts including year-end discounts (CBP)
- Ensure adherence to negotiated front-end conditions and back-end margins
- Manage overdue payments and account delays
- Validate exclusions (low-margin quotes)
- Follow up on year-end rebates and back-end margins
- Coordinate Brand development actions
- Create dashboards for quoting portfolios and consolidated billing (monthly or quarterly reporting)
- Ensure operational marketing activities are implemented
- Promote synergy among different brands within the portfolio (cross/up-selling)
- Provide weekly activity reports to showcase work done
- Update pipeline processes regularly and communicate with Brand organizations
- Maintain updated calendars
- Monitor results through consolidated reports on billing, backlog, quoting portfolios, and analyze Must-Win Deals to achieve objectives
Skills
- Master the manufacturer/ publisher processes and partner programs
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturer/publisher offerings, strategies, and market positioning
- Participate in internal and external sales training sessions
Required Professional Experience
- Educational level: BAC +5
- Fluent English
- Minimum 5 years of experience
