Position : Field Sales Representative (commission)

Job Description : Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, division of the Arrow Electronics Group (present in 58 countries, with a revenue of over $29 billion), provides IT professionals (service companies, publishers, and integrators) with comprehensive technological solutions, along with training and services, across five main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software, and Cloud solutions. As part of its growth, ARROW ECS France is strengthening its teams and is seeking a:

Field Sales Representative (commission) - PACA

Position based remotely, reporting to our headquarters located in Courbevoie (92), covering the entire Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) region.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Ensure sales with assigned clients to meet and exceed set objectives within the following metrics:
  • A list of named accounts
  • Maintain margin control via percentage management
  • Develop Cloud and Services axes
  • Represent ARROW ECS in client interactions and territory, assisting clients in resolving disputes
  • Maintain and enhance client satisfaction
  • Report to the Regional Sales Director
  • Collaborate daily with inside sales teams (Brand or Coverage) and Customer Service, especially for claims management
  • Work with Finance on outstanding payments and overdue settlements
  • Promote the group's offers and services
  • Negotiate Development Contracts including year-end discounts (CBP)
  • Ensure conditions and margins are respected (front-end negotiations and back-end margins)
  • Manage accounts receivable and overdue payments
  • Validate exclusions (low-margin quotes)
  • Follow up on year-end rebates and margins
  • Coordinate brand development actions
  • Establish dashboards for quotation portfolios and consolidated billing, either monthly or quarterly (Client Reporting)
  • Coordinate marketing operations
  • Ensure synergy among different brands in the portfolio (cross/up-selling)
  • Report weekly activity to showcase work done
  • Update pipeline processes regularly and communicate with Brand organizations
  • Maintain updated calendar
  • Track results through consolidated reports on billing, backlog, quotation portfolios, and analyze Must Win Deals to achieve targets
Skills
  • Master manufacturer/publisher processes and partner programs
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturer/publisher offerings, strategies, and market positioning
  • Participate in internal/external sales training sessions

Required Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years

Educational Level: BAC +5

Languages: Fluent English

Personal Qualities: Experienced in working in a highly reactive environment, recognized for organization, autonomy, and team spirit. A true sales-minded individual, enjoys managing clients and prospecting. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
