Qualifications

• Associate, bachelor’s or master’s degree in instrumentation, applied physics, optoelectronics or related field.
• The role requires strong ability to analyze operational data and diagnose issues.
• Fluency in English is essential for international customers and colleagues.
• Able to travel internationally to support installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain operational performance of QPUs and hardware at customer sites.
• Perform initial technical investigations and involve experts as needed.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support and training to users.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Document systems, interventions and follow-up actions accurately.
• Track maintenance schedules and anticipate upcoming interventions.
• Prepare technical reports and update technical documentation.
