Qualifications

• Minimum education: Technical Course.
• Advanced English required.

• Experience in automotive quality is preferred (2–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints from receipt through to resolution.
• Analyze and identify product defects.
• Assess non-conforming products at customer facilities.
• Implement and manage work instructions and specifications.
• Coordinate communication between end customer and represented company.
• Negotiate and discuss complaints with the customer.
• Support other company customers as needed.
• Implement and monitor containment actions for reported issues.
• Analyze claimed products, confirm failure modes, and initiate root cause analysis.
• Participate in follow-up and close-out meetings related to complaints.
• Coordinate safe launch with the customer for new projects.
• Promote Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and MSA methods.
• Submit claimed samples to Project Management and the customer for analysis.
• Define acceptance criteria with boundary samples and tools.
