Description du poste

We are looking for a dedicated Field Quality Engineer (d / f / m) for the Western Europe & Mediterranean regions who will maintain the highest standards of quality and performance of our products and contribute to the development of our organization. In this position, you will act as an important interface between our Warranty Clearing Centre and our Customer Service.

Your tasks include :

1. Identify technical deficits and malfunctions in our products and processes; carry out detailed root cause analyses of quality problems.
2. Conduct systematic investigations and tests; analyze our products to meet quality requirements and specifications.
3. Enhance test process efficiency by creating comprehensive test documentation and checklists; derive continuous improvement measures related to products and processes.
4. Develop interdisciplinary quality strategies; present findings and solutions clearly and convincingly.
5. Manage complaints and returns strategically and conceptually; standardize and implement these processes across our international subsidiaries, considering international standards and local conditions.
6. Collaborate closely with internal development, production, quality management, and external partners to achieve quality targets.

Your profile :

1. Qualification as an engineer in quality management with relevant industry experience and expertise in field quality engineering or a comparable field.
2. In-depth industry knowledge, especially in value-added technologies such as injection molding and coating processes; strong quality awareness and customer focus.
3. Well-versed in performance requirements and product characteristics as a quality engineer.
4. Familiar with relevant regulations, standards, and quality management methods such as TQM, FMEA, Ishikawa, and Six Sigma; knowledgeable in risk management and problem-solving techniques.
5. Experience in damaged part analysis (VDA) is a significant advantage.
6. Analytical, decisive working style with excellent communication skills to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
7. Comfortable in an international environment with very good command of English and willingness to travel.
