Alstom in Saint-Ouen, France, seeks a Production Transfer & Support Engineer in Digital & Integrated Systems. You will lead transfer planning, support start-ups, and partner with supply chains and manufacturing sites to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with Commodity Management, Engineering, Supplier Quality and regional stakeholders, applying Kaizen and value stream mapping to raise efficiency, with travel to internal and external sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen and value stream mapping is desirable.
• Good communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Lead transfer planning for production and budgeting activities.
• Provide first-line support for manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with Commodity Management, Engineering, Supplier Quality and regional stakeholders.
• Develop and implement production improvements and process optimisations.
• Support start-ups and ongoing deliveries across sites.
