Symbotic is seeking an Operations Trainer to join our Field Learning Center of Excellence within Corporate HR. You will coordinate, deliver, track, and reinforce standardized training programs for operational teams, focusing on Cell, System, and Maintenance roles, with activities in Mexico and collaboration with global stakeholders.

You will manage onboarding, certification, scheduling, LMS records, and audit-ready documentation; partner with SMEs across Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years delivering structured training in manufacturing/logistics/industrial ops.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required to engage local and global stakeholders.
• Experience with LMS, training records, and certification tracking.

Responsabilités

• Deliver onboarding, certification, and ongoing training for Cell, System, and Maintenance operators.
• Own training scheduling, records, retraining, and audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs across Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, Quality, HR and Operations.
• Maintain floor presence with real-time coaching and performance reinforcement.
• Support localization and translation of training materials per enterprise standards.
• Monitor certification completion, productivity, quality and address skill gaps.
