Kolsquare is seeking a skilled, all-rounder marketer to support our expansion in Spain as a freelancer during a maternity leave replacement.

Were looking for an enthusiastic professional with a solid background in brand management, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy implementation.

This is a freelance position, and were looking for someone who can hit the ground running with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

The initial mission is anticipated to roll out over the next 6 months, with the possibility to extend further. We estimate the workload at 20 to 25 hours per week, with an immediate start.

YOUR MISSION :

Help increase Kolsquares presence in Spainone of our core marketsby driving awareness, engagement, and business growth.

You will work closely with our Brand, Content, Growth, and Sales teams to ensure Kolsquare remains at the top of the Spanish influencer marketing industry.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Coordinating relationships with key stakeholders in the Spanish market :

- Internal: Spanish sales team, PR agency, copywriters

  • Supporting brand awareness through PR initiatives, social media activations, and grassroots events
  • Monitoring the content optimisation calendar and coordinating briefings with copywriters.
  • Helping with translation and localisation of content for the Spanish market
  • Monitoring performance and KPIs, aligning with the Growth and Sales teams on emailing campaigns and digital activations
  • Establishing new partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders and relevant players in the Spanish marketing ecosystem.

Key Requirements :

  • Freelance status with availability for 20 to 25 hours/week
  • Proven experience in marketing project management, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or MarTech environment
  • Experience coordinating internal and external teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Spanish media, PR, and digital landscape
  • Solid knowledge in content strategy and digital campaigns.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Autonomous, hands-on, and confident working in a fast-paced international context.

Kolsquare is an on demand work from home company, with a head office in Paris, France. You will have access to our coworking network Spaces in 400+ cities in the world, and we will gather physically on a monthly and quarterly basis with other Kolsquarians for great team building events.
