Qualifications

We are searching for a Field Marketing Manager Europe to be responsible for all regional marketing activities, including but not limited to: field marketing events, adapting all marketing material in local languages, and supporting lead generation plans for sales and channel partners in the region. The Field Marketing Manager Europe will develop a marketing strategy aligned with regional sales strategies, manage agencies, and collaborate with channel partners. This role reports to the Customer Excellence & Fulfillment Director Europe and is based in France (preferred), England, or The Netherlands.

Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the Customer Excellence & Fulfillment Director Europe to develop effective region-specific marketing and digital marketing plans that support the strategy.
  2. Manage marketing budgets and expenses in the region, coordinating with the Finance Department on invoices.
  3. Plan and manage all aspects of field marketing events to create new sales opportunities.
  4. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, landing pages, email, social media, website, and display advertising.
  5. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  6. Measure and report the performance of marketing activities, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and suggest improvements.
  7. Support sales and channel partners with marketing needs.
  8. Increase brand awareness locally and regionally, and generate MQLs for the region.
  9. Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
  10. Coordinate translation of marketing materials for the region.
  11. Support various marketing projects as needed.
  12. Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  13. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in field marketing.
  3. Proven experience in planning, prioritizing, and implementing marketing strategies.
  4. Experience managing events and lead generation efforts.
  5. Competence in sales and marketing processes, including HubSpot, search campaigns, and related tactics.
  6. Experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  7. Strong written and oral communication skills.
  8. Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  9. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects.
  10. Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box.
  11. Ability to travel internationally as needed.
