Cycle Construction seeks a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead field operations from mobilization to project closeout. You will drive production, manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and cost control across earthwork and utilities projects.

The role requires strong leadership, plan reading, and cost awareness, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. OSHA 30 and CQM-C certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction.
• Experience with earthwork, utilities, concrete, piling, and grading.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• CQM-C certification required for government projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Plan activities based on schedule, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Manage Foremen, crews, and subcontractors to meet production goals.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to keep work progressing.
• Monitor jobsite productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and lead daily safety meetings.
• Inspect work progress and adjust plans to meet schedule demands.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and enforce project requirements.
• Managing daily documentation including reports, time sheets, and cost tracking.
• Communicate with Project Management on schedule, budget, and field conditions.
• Promote a strong, accountable, and team-driven jobsite culture.
