We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join a fantastic company who are pioneering the future of non-invasive healthcare. As a Field Service Engineer, you will work with state-of-the-art technology, collaborate with a talented and passionate team, and develop expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support. The Field Service Engineer’s Role :

• Assembling, repairing, debugging and solving customers' issues
• Equipment repair, maintenance and calibration
• Supporting clients’ needs in managing customer appointments to maintain system reliability and meet the uptime guarantee
• Offer on-site and remote training support for new field service engineers, sharing your expertise to ensure team success
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

Experience Required for the Field Service Engineer :

• Assembling, installation and calibration of consumer goods
• Background as a Field Service Engineer, ideally in the medical industry
• Independently troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems
• It's a strong positive if you have experience with Linux operating systems
• Knowledge of software and troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
