OpsMill is looking for a Field Automation Engineer (FAE) in Paris to engage directly with customers, ensuring technical health and growth on Infrahub. You will lead onboarding, provide technical support, and drive customer success through reusable engineering assets and AI integration.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of hands-on experience in network automation, are fluent in Python and various tools like Ansible and Terraform, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network or infrastructure engineering and/or network automation, with hands-on experience in production environments.
• Practical fluency in Python and one or more of NetBox, Nautobot, Ansible, Nornir, Terraform.
• Proven customer-facing presence with engineers and executives.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding end-to-end for Infrahub deployment.
• Provide technical support: triage, investigate, reproduce issues.
• Drive technical discovery and advisory for customers.
