Field Applications Engineer – System Design

My client is a world-leader in EDA and System design solutions and they are seeking a Field Applications Engineer to join their team in Paris, France or Milan, Italy.

You will have a good understanding of system design and EDA and will already be in a customer-facing engineering position, seeking your next career step. You will be supporting clients in a pre-sales capacity and building a technical campaign.

Location: Paris, France or Milan, Italy

Field Application Engineer Requirements:

1. Relevant technical degree, or equivalent, in electronic engineering.
2. Solid understanding of system design and EDA, e.g., PCB design, signal integrity, RF or power integrity.
3. Experience with automotive, ADAS, autonomous driving, or aerospace/defence applications would be an advantage.
4. Commercial acumen – able to spot opportunities in a technical design and sell the commercial value.
5. Fluent in English and French OR Italian depending on location.
