Qualifications

Job Description:

This exciting startup based in the south of France is looking for a Field Application Engineer to join their growing Application Engineering team. You will be passionate, flexible, and customer-focused.

You should have a strong electronics/semiconductor background with at least 3 years of experience in digital circuit design and RTL coding. You will work closely with customers to support all technical aspects of innovative technology.

You will be based in the South of France and should be able to commute to the office, collaborating closely with R&D teams. Global travel will be required, typically between 25%-50% of your time.

Field Application Engineer Requirements:

• Master's Degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in RTL coding using VHDL, Verilog, or SystemVerilog
• ASIC implementation knowledge, including understanding of EDA flow
• FPGA experience is a plus
• Strong customer-facing skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
